If you want to exchange your item, the shipping prices for returns are for the customers theirselves

If you return your order, the shipping costs remain at your expense.

In the webshop you can choose to pay by means of iDeal, a bank transfer, PayPal, AfterPay, Billink, Visa / MasterCard. We charge no extra costs for iDeal payments.

Items that have been been ordered before 3 pm will be sent by us the same day. Orders to the UK takes 4-5 working days, within Europe usually 2-3 working days

If you want to return an item, we would like to receive an e-mail within 10 working days in which you indicate which item you want to return and for what reason. After confirmation from our side, you can return the item. Shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Always include the return form with your return, with the reason for return and what your wishes are. After receiving your return we will contact you.
